These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications between Penn Home Health Care, LLC d/b/a Stay and Still (“Penn Home Health Care,” “Stay and Still,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals who consent to communicate with us by SMS.
SMS Program Description
We use SMS primarily for one-to-one operational communications. Depending on your relationship with us, text messages may include scheduling and schedule changes; staffing communications; employment application and onboarding communications; document requests and reminders; appointment or service coordination; responses to inquiries; administrative or operational communications; and other communications related to your interaction with us.
We do not use this SMS program for mass marketing or automated promotional messaging.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
You may consent to receive SMS communications by providing a mobile telephone number and agreeing to text communications during a telephone conversation; providing a mobile telephone number and agreeing to text communications during an application or onboarding process; providing consent through a form or other communication process; or initiating a text message conversation with us.
By opting in, you authorize Penn Home Health Care LLC d/b/a Stay and Still to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided for the purposes described above.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services or employment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, including scheduling activity, staffing needs, onboarding requirements, service coordination, or your requests and responses.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received in connection with this SMS program. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opting Out — STOP
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you subsequently opt in again.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Sensitive Information
Standard SMS text messaging may not be an appropriate method for transmitting confidential or sensitive information.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, detailed medical information, or other highly sensitive information by standard SMS unless specifically instructed to use an authorized secure communication method.
Changes to SMS Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued participation in SMS communications following an update will be subject to the revised terms and applicable law.
